Data received
The form may receive your identity, company, contact details, requirement description, quantity, timing, material, documentation requirements and optional technical files. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed for the review; CRP cannot process the enquiry without them. Other fields and attachments are optional.

Purpose and legal basis
Data is used only to qualify the enquiry, check feasibility, prepare a response and continue the pre-contractual exchanges requested by the prospect. Processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Technical files
Attachments are checked by extension and signature, then scanned for malware before delivery. They are never written to a public location or exposed by a URL. The web server handles them in memory and retains nothing after the request.

Recipients and hosting
Data is available to CRP staff responsible for the review and technical providers strictly necessary for hosting, malware scanning and email. The site is hosted by Hostinger International Limited in Cyprus, within the European Union.

Retention
Where an enquiry does not proceed, related exchanges and files are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact, unless required by law or to defend a right. A contractual file follows retention rules applicable to the business relationship.

Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection where permitted by law, and lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Cookies and measurement
The launch includes no advertising cookie, social pixel or third-party analytics. Technical logs needed for security and operation are limited and contain no drawing, attachment or full message.
