CROIX ROUSSE PRÉCISION

Expertise

Turning a definition into an inspected part.

CRP starts from your drawing or 3D file, assesses feasibility and advises on manufacturability through to machining and inspection.

One industrial partner. Four controlled stages.

  1. 01

    Review the requirement

The brief is framed with the information available: definition, quantity, material, timing and documentation requirements.

  2. 02

    Feasibility & manufacturability

CRP studies geometry and manufacturing choices, then provides the advice needed to make the part industrially viable.

  3. 03

    CNC manufacturing

Milling and turning support one-off parts, prototypes and series; higher volumes are considered case by case.

  4. 04

    Inspection & records

Inspection and quality records are prepared to the requirements defined with the customer.

A clear scope

CRP works from an actionable customer definition. Support covers feasibility and manufacturability of that definition; CRP does not present itself as a design office starting from a raw idea.
